The legend of Baltimore’s rap scene Sullee J has released a brand new track, the second of his big-hitting and music-fusing collaborations with Washington DC’s own desi music producer Solace Nerwal, since their hit single ‘Chalak Kuri (Clever Girl)’ hit dancefloors and clubs across the world back in June.
The pair of artists have dropped a new summer jam with a floor-shaking clash of bhangra and hip-hop flavours. Step forward ‘BAE’ (aka ‘SAY BAE’) the song that just like the young people’s slang acronym that is its title, aims to be ‘before anything else’. It is a song that has already got people talking with its cool Punjabi and English mixed lyrics and an ode to a true ‘diamond di kuriye’ (diamond of a sweetheart).
