MEDIA OUTREACH: HEMNA launches new online media pack

After a week of development, tweaking and fine-tuning, HEM News Agency is pleased to announce the launch of its brand new interactive and wholly online media pack (media kit) aimed at bloggers, businesses and others who wish to collaborate with this blog and need to know the facts and stats first. This new pack is the flagship of our ambition to reach out to fellow writers, bloggers and contributors.

The new “HEM News Agency online media pack” was created using Google Sites and is designed to be a comprehensive guide to the HEMNA blog, including helpful information and statistics useful for collaborators seeking opportunities and working partnerships.

Media packs or kits are widely used in both published media and by bloggers as a cross between a CV (résumé) and an advertisement to promote their product in order to attract advertisers and guest post contributors. They are like press releases in that they offer information about a blog, which is especially useful for journalists writing articles or looking for avenues to promote their work in. Advertisers and collaborators use media packs to gauge the suitability of a blogger for their services, products and intended audience profile/s. These packs are an invaluable tool for any blogger looking to make money or increase the audience for their blog and related services.

HEMNA launched its first ever media pack as two versions of a PDF document back in October 2018, however this proved difficult to update regularly. Our new website version allows for up-to-the-minute configuration and updating, and is meant to be easily navigable for potential collaborators, with everything they need to know at their fingertips or at the click of a mouse button. Branded with HEMNA’s logos, imagery and official colour scheme, the media pack features an introduction to the blog and its author, audience stats, companies we have worked with, glowing testimonials from contributors and general information including contacts and even a handy form for contributors to send their requests directly to the editor. It is designed to be fully responsive for different calibres of screen.

The new site officially went live this morning UK time (17 October 2020) and is now ready and waiting for anyone to join forces with HEMNA for their writing and promotional needs.
