RAGS TO RICHES: Beckton schoolchildren raise money for Tuberous Sclerosis Association

Children at a school in Beckton, in the London borough of Newham, have done themselves proud and made a noble contribution toward charitable causes after organising a clothes collection on behalf of the Tuberous Sclerosis Association, the Newham Mag has reported. Pupils from the Ellen Wilkinson Primary School and Children’s Centre, off Tollgate Road in the south of the borough, got together with parents and teachers to collect old and unwanted clothes for the charity.
