INDIA ENCEPHALITIS OUTBREAK: 11 children dead, 15 hospitalised

Gaya, INDIA VIJAY SHAH via Ace Worldwide News and Times of India     Eleven children have died from an outbreak of the brain disease acute encephalitis syndrome and 15 others have been admitted to hospital in India, the Times of India reports via the Ace Worldwide News Group network of blogs has reported today.
